Hi, I’m Alex Wilkerson—a proud Charlotte native and one of this year’s “stars.”  I’m thrilled (and a little nervous!) to be stepping onto the dance floor this year. I’ll be dancing in memory of my mother-in-law, Sarah Wilkerson, who passed after a years long battle with metastatic breast cancer. Outside of this upcoming dance challenge, I’m a mom to three amazing kids, married to my high school sweetheart (also a Charlotte native), and always up for a physical challenge—whether it’s hot yoga, aerial fitness, or strength training.
